Recruiting with sales focus: Together with our sales team, you connect companies with freelance IT and engineering specialists: inside for exciting projects. Find the perfect match: Looking for the best talents, writing projects, performing interviews – also on site – and meeting the right selection for our customers. Dealing & Managen: From offer to contract negotiations to project controlling – you keep an overview. Your success begins with us: In the SOLCOM Academy you receive training in rhetoric, interview management and legal foundations.

A completed study – ideally in economics, but also with other degrees you are welcome. First experiences in sales, recruiting or customer-oriented activities – whether through internships, student jobs or projects – are of advantage however not a must. Structured work and clear priorities are of course for you. You are communicative, aim-oriented and enthusiastic for your ideas. Sovereign appearance and very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
