Effectiveness With curiosity, willingness to design and entrepreneurial view, you take responsibility for programs and educational opportunities around digital transformation, cyber security, artificial intelligence, hypZert and sustainability. You develop high-quality training offerings that help our customers to safely shape current and future challenges in technology, regulation, sustainability and management. You will explore relevant trends in business, technology, education and regulation and will reflect on existing and new offering concepts. You shape learning and development formats for leaders, specialists and executives and combine technical excellence with modern didactic approaches. Together with colleagues, you identify market potentials, develop new business opportunities and actively support the strategic development of our portfolio. You accompany our customers in-house and development projects and develop tailor-made training solutions with a sustainable effect. You will gain, develop and promote experienced lecturers, experts and network partners and ensure high professional quality in your portfolio. You take entrepreneurial responsibility for your topics and actively contribute to further expanding the ADG market position in relevant future topics.

What you should bring You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification – ideally in the fields of business, business informatics, computer science, sustainability, education or a related subject. You are passionate about future topics such as Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability or HypZert. You think analytic, structured and conceptual. You translate complex content into practical and attractive educational offers. You work independently, introduce new ideas and want to actively contribute to the further development of a future-oriented educational portfolio. You convince by your safe appearance, your personality and communicate with customers, lecturers and network partners. You think entrepreneurial, recognize opportunities and develop sustainable solutions with added value for our customers.
