The team is responsible for the processing of theft damage as well as repairs with a damage value of over 700,00 Euro in the Linexo Bike area. One of the key tasks is the advice and support of specialist dealers and end customers in the damage context around the products located in the bicycle sector. A service-oriented, solution-focused and efficient damage processing is the focus. Your future tasks: You process and review cost proposals taking into account the contractual framework and internal guidelines You accept the written and telephone correspondence with specialist dealers, customers and lawyers in the damage context You check and process repair bills in the systems Askja and Winsure and release them for regulation You process contract evaluations and implement corresponding changes in the system

You bring a completed commercial or comparable training with You are sure to use the current MS Office applications You bring experience in contract and stock management You bring knowledge of German in word and writing with you
