Responsibility

GOLDBECK Facility Services includes the service spectrum of integrated facility management with its own technical service, as well as advice on the optimal management and maintenance of real estate.

• Operation and operation of building equipment
• Inspection, maintenance and repairs on building equipment, in particular on electrical equipment
• Technical and general master services (e.g. sprinkler samples)
• Support of the object manager
• Control and control of subcontractors
• Rental services on site

Profile**

• Successfully completed craft training
• Ideally professional experience in cleaning and craftsmanship
• Professional experience in home technology of advantage
• Good knowledge of German
