In our outpatient care, we accompany people in everyday life and allow them a dignified life in their own four walls. If you work independently, bring expertise and are at the same time open and cordial in the team – then you fit perfectly with us.

Your tasks: Care with expertise: You independently take care of the basic and treatment – incl. Health care, drug delivery and documentation. People accompany: You are contact person:in for clients:individuals – empathic and professional. Teamwork: You actively contribute, support new colleagues (e.g. in the practical instructions) and share your knowledge. Palliative care: You also accompany in difficult phases of life – with feeling and experience. Ensure quality: You can work with topics such as hygiene management and continuous development in the team. Your profile: Completed training as a nurse. Class B driving licence – for your use in the outpatient area. Reliability, team spirit and readiness for early, late and weekend services. Framework conditions: Type of contract: permanent employment. Working time: parttime with 25-30 hours/week. Working hours: Early service 06:00–12:00, late service 15/16:00–20:00, 6 days/week after consultation. Individual service planning: We'll make your working hours flexible with you.
