In-house technician (m/f/d)

Monitoring and control of technical and infrastructure building management Organisation and coordination of maintenance, maintenance and repair measures (including large kitchen, media technology, building technology) Verification of compliance with safety, environmental and fire regulations Control and control of external service providers: inside (e.g. cleaning, security, maintenance companies) Self-depositing of deficiencies & disorders; use and assignment of foreign companies Material disposition for domestic engineering Creation of reports, test reports and documentation Optimization of energy and resource consumption Active support in moving, rebuilding and new building projects (e.g. support in the transport of furniture, carrying materials or accompanying moving in the house) Organization of tests according to BetrSichV, VDE, DGUV Implementation of tasks as safety officers and fire protection officers

Ideally successfully completed electrotechnical training Multiannual professional experience in operation, maintenance and repair of technical building equipment Widely fanned craft skills and technical understanding ‘multi-tasking capability’, a good sense of priorities and rapid understanding Reliability and high flexibility High digital competence, ideally experience with a ticketing systemSafe understanding of technical building processes and relevant regulations (e.g. BetrSichV, DGUV, VDE) Reliability in documentation, reporting and compliance with quality and safety standards A pronounced hand-on mentality and the ability to tackle challenges pragmatically and predictively Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Willingness to continuously develop processes and drive improvements actively The ability and willingness to take on occasional physical work (e.g. lifting, wearing, changing)
