Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

YEARS:

• They actively support the care process through a recovery-oriented attitude
• They maintain resource-oriented and people centered
• You build a nursing therapeutic relationship characterized by empathy
• They accompany and support the personal recovery path of patients through empowerment
• You conduct nursing patient groups

IHR PROFIL:

• You have successfully completed your training as a health care and nursing professional
• They ideally know the peculiarities of care and care for people with mental illnesses and have experience in milieu-therapeutic work and the implementation of a recovery-oriented reference care
• They work independently and independently, but also understand themselves as a team player in a multi-professional supply system
• You live a professional and respectful approach to proximity and distance in patient contact
• You will have the training on the practical instructions for trainees or the willingness to complete such training
