Head of Accounting, Controlling and HR (m/w/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the company's financial management at two locations and run a six-member team of accounting and HR. You actively contribute to the further development of these areas and act within a group structure.

HAPEKO (www.HAPEKO.de) is represented throughout Germany with more than 20 locations. In this position, you assume the overall responsibility for accounting, controlling and HR for a 6-person team. You control the company from Controlling-Sicht and strategically advise the management. You are responsible for the timely and appropriate preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB & IFRS) and act as a contact person (m/w/d) for auditors and tax advisers. You analyse projects, maintenance contracts and margins to control profitability in a targeted manner. You continuously develop budget, forecast and reporting processes. You ensure the smooth running of all personnel topics and develop the personnel strategy.

You have completed business studies with a focus on finance, controlling or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant experience in a comparable position in the industrial environment. You have comprehensive knowledge of HGB and IFRS, including annual financial statements and experience in cooperation with auditors (audit). You have knowledge of German and good English and have experience in dealing with SAP. You are an experienced leader with convincing appearance and enforcement ability.
