Financing specialist real estate for the sales partner business (m/f/d)

You are responsible for our sales partners (w/m/d) in the course of application processing and take care of the solution-oriented assessment, processing, testing and decision of financing applications including credit assessment and loan value determination. You evaluate the economic situation with independent customers (m/w/d). You advise on further funding and funding opportunities including our IB.SH programmes. You create and communicate self-contained optimisation suggestions for submitted financing applications. In addition, you will bring your knowledge and ideas into projects and help us to set up the IB.SH for the future! You also act as an active interface for IB.SH's partner support.

A completed bank-specific or property-specific training or a comparable qualification, with professional training Experience in housing development and housing credit business Market knowledge, knowledge of balance sheet analysis and secure computer skills (including SAP/Abakus) are also desirable.
