Sale of spare parts and accessories on the workshop and customer counter Reception of customers in the branch, information and advice regarding parts and accessories Acceptance, storage and preparation of the workshop orders while ensuring compliance with the agreed delivery times (preliminary commissioning) Systematic care of the customer base Transfer of parts to the workshop and the customer as well as billing Control of receipt of goods and storage of products Examination of the availability of parts and permanent inventory monitoring Ensuring the profitability of individual sales Tracking of Residue Parts Preparation of the return of old parts, warranty parts etc. Order acceptance and sale as well as care of the dealer area and the free workshops (in representation) Implementation of the inventory

Complete vocational training with at least 5-year, well-founded professional experience as a campist, ideally Renault experience Previous knowledge in the field of warehouses/ car houses Product knowledge in the fields of vehicles, parts, accessories, varnishes High level of self-motivation and self-employment, safe and binding occurrence, communication skills, experience with customer advice on the phone Experience in handling and handling customer complaints High level of customer orientation, team skills and team spirit Experience in handling electronic parts catalogues as well as searching out parts using explosion drawings Inventory knowledge EDV-Kenntisse (MS-Office, Dialogys, CARE, Partslink24, RenaultParts) Frequently recommended (duty note) Willingness to shift work and Saturday services driving licence
