CONTROLLING- AND ANALYTICS-KNOWHOW: A BWL study with a focus on controlling, accounting, (economic)mathematics or comparable area, complemented by a further education in Data Science FINANCE-VERSTÄNDIS: You know the relationships in Controlling & Accounting, are experienced in dealing with insurance-technical control instruments or are you willing to work in it BI- & REPORTING-COMPETENZ: You are safe in dealing with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, etc.) and Excel, and start meaningful reports, analyses and dashboards for different stakeholders DATA SKILLS: Experience with SQL, Python, R or comparable data analysis and modeling tools WORK & PERSONALITY: You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented.
