As a specialist (m/w/d) facility management, many exciting tasks await you: Support and assistance in construction management commissioning/communication of the masters Co-ordination of cleaning forces Co-ordination of the courier drivers Car park management Management of KFZ and building insurance including Completion of damage Management Participation in the management of WEG accounting and in the production of additional cost accounting Examination of incoming shipping documents and invoices and instructions in accordance with the granted competence Contract management Property management transponder and key management Purchasing office supplies and inventory Encourage and implement simplifications in facility management
