KPI-based control and performance monitoring of international claims units and subsidiaries, especially in the APAC region Analysis of central KPIs and global damage trends for identifying areas of action derivation, coordination and follow-up of concrete control and strategic optimisation together with the local units Strategic development of global claim control approaches, reporting formats and KPI frameworks Cooperation and management of international, sectoral and country-wide (strategic) projects Close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders in Germany and abroad (including international business units, Claims Centers of Competence, Claims Analytics, Analytics, Underwriting, etc.) and the creation of management and business documents
