IT Service Specialist Digital Workplace (m/f/d)

A balanced combination of sophisticated operational cooperation and comprehensive professional design awaits you. Analyze and edit about half of your time complex incidents, service requests and escalations in the digital workplace environment. The other half you use to prepare technical topics, improve processes and documentation and develop cooperation between the teams in the IT service. On the basis of this, you evaluate options for action and formulate sound recommendations for management. In particular, the following tasks await you: In the Matrix42 Service Portal, You provide structured, comprehensible and service-oriented processing. You recognize bottlenecks, process deviations and recurring disorders, develop suitable improvement measures and accompany their implementation. You coordinate tasks and priorities together with the leadership and reliably follow agreed measures. You work closely with the other IT service teams and support the development and application of uniform processes, standards and procedures. In addition, you are also team-crossing your topics and maintain an equally close cooperation with external service providers. You determine and analyze relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), derive measures to improve our services and pursue their impact. You improve operational and process documentation as well as knowledge and share your knowledge in a structured manner with colleagues. You support digital workplace services with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft-365 apps and evaluate application options from Power Automate and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

A completed relevant study or comparable training in connection with at least five years of relevant professional experience in the IT service or digital workplace environment form the basis of your expertise. In addition, you will bring well-founded practical experience in IT service and have secure knowledge of ITSM processes and experience in the processing of complex incidents and escalations. You are characterized by the following qualifications: You have experience with professional coordination, independent thematic responsibility or structured preparation of decisions. You have the ability to make complex facts understandable, evaluate options for action and formulate clear recommendations. You bring very good knowledge of German and working English skills. At best you have experience with the Matrix42 Service Portal or a comparable ITSM system, knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft-365 apps as well as experience with Power Automate or Microsoft 365 Copilot. You preferably also bring knowledge in endpoint, asset or lifecycle management and have experience with work in a larger IT service with several teams and specialised IT interfaces. You have an optimal ITIL knowledge or certification.
