These are your tasks: Consultation of users and owners from initial contact to the conclusion of the contract Own rental of logistics areas Independent acquisition of objects and customers Developing successful real estate strategies for our customers Coordination and support of contract negotiations Analysis of the Industrial & Logistics Real Estate Market Development of usage and marketing concepts and site analyses Customer and contact care Creation of pitch and marking documents as well as independent presentation of the object offer Support / cooperation in sales processes

Take this with you: Multiannual professional experience in the rental of industrial and logistics properties Professional experience with an investor, project developer, logistics company, consulting company is advantageous Completion of an internship or completed vocational training A strong acquisition strength and interest in the independent construction of customer bonds and networks Excellent communication skills, as well as safe handling of decision-makers Proactive and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of MS Office products Self-motivation, target orientation, communication strength, fast conception, team skills, structured working, enthusiasm and hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
