Buyer (m/f/d)

In this position you take a central role in operating and strategic purchasing. You ensure that our procurement processes run reliably, economically and efficiently – from demand determination to supplier control. Your tasks include:

Own implementation of operational purchasing processes – from request to offer comparison to order Negotiating prices, conditions, delivery times and framework agreements with suppliers and service providers Selection, evaluation and development of suitable suppliers from economic and qualitative aspects Construction and maintenance of long-term supplier relationships Analysis of purchasing volumes, cost structures and procurement potentials Identification and implementation of savings potentials and optimization of existing shopping processes Monitoring of delivery dates, order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices Maintenance of supplier and product master data in our systems Monitoring of stocks and demand reports Close cooperation with internal departments, management and external partners

You have experience in purchasing and bring a good sense of numbers, suppliers and economic relationships. At the same time, you are structured enough to reliably implement operational and administrative tasks. You bring this with you: completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant, wholesaler and foreign trader, or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, ideally in operational and/or strategic purchasing Experience in the negotiation of prices, conditions and delivery conditions Safe appearance to suppliers and service providers Commercial understanding, cost awareness and analytical thinking Structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation Organisational skills, communication strength, initiative and team skills Joy in actively shaping and developing shopping processes Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
