As an Information Security Officer, you continuously develop the REWE Group's information security with the CISO and a growing team, thereby making a central contribution to the resilience and stability of our group.

What you do with us: You'll show commitment: You'll shape the REWE Group's cyber security together with us. You take responsibility: building, operation and monitoring of an ISMS (Information Security Management System). You are structuring and taxing: planning, design and further development of ISMS processes at group level. You are responsible for security: support in the further development of risk management and internal control system (IKS). You create clarity: develop and maintain guidelines, concepts, guidelines and work instructions on information security. You strengthen Awareness: Planning, coordination and implementation of awareness and training. You are a contact person: Group-wide interface for information security issues and IT security incidents. You work connected: close cooperation with the CISO and colleagues from central and local functions.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: You work independently, structured and targeted and convince by a clear, proactive and binding communication. You analyze complex issues so confidently, meet informed decisions and work with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Completed studies in the field of computer science, information security, cyber security or comparable qualifications. Practical experience in the construction, operation or further development of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and in cooperation with central and decentralized organizational units. Experience in handling information security incidents is advantageous. NIS2, CRA and KRITIS are more than regulatory requirements for you. You understand it as a basis for structured, effective and sustainable information security in the Group. Ideally, you have knowledge of relevant standards and standards such as ISO 27001. Additional qualifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA or an ISO-27001 auditor certification are advantageous. Alternatively, you will be prepared to develop yourself in at least one of these areas. Due to the group-wide interface function, we presuppose German and good English skills.
