Design/examination of work and service contracts, contract patterns, policies and HR documents. Continuous consultation of our clients in individual and collective labour law, including restructuring and operating transitions. Advice on social insurance issues at the interface to the labour law (e.g. status/use configurations, mailings/A1, contribution and reporting context in coordination with Payroll/Tax). Representation in labour disputes (except court; in exceptional cases also in court, if necessary). Contact person for international clients (English), incl. labour law accompaniment of cross-border topics and global mobility/immigration coordination (Work permits/Behördenkommunikation) in consultation with specialists. Participation in the development of the advisory field and the acquisition of new mandates.
You are a full lawyer (m/w/d) and have an admission as a lawyer. You contribute 3–6 years of relevant professional experience in labour law. Ideally, you have already acquired the additional qualification specialist attorney for labour law or are on your way there. You have knowledge of English in word and writing.
