You are responsible for the preparation, supervision and the dismantling of events, meetings and operational events, including technical equipment You support internal moves, spatial designs and other logistical services You process disruptive messages in the building and outdoor areas and carry out minor repair, maintenance and maintenance work You ensure the safety, cleanliness and functionality of our buildings and outdoor facilities through regular controls You work closely with internal departments and external service providers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality

A completed craft or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification with experience in facility management Craft skills and good technical understanding An independent, reliable and service-oriented operation A friendly appearance and joy in working with different appeals Class B driving licence A safe handling of the German language in word and writing (min. C1 language level)
