(Junior) Commercial / Contract Manager / Contract Manager in the Space Sector (m/f/d)

Activity

• cooperation in the commercial processing and evaluation of tenders, tender requests and contract documents, in particular for quotations, risk assessments and the preparation and examination of contractual frameworks
• Participation in the creation, testing and negotiation of contracts in cooperation with internal specialist departments and support in contract negotiations with public and private contractors in Germany and abroad
• Active participation in commercial project controlling and reporting, in particular in cost monitoring, for target-actual comparisons and for regular evaluation of ongoing projects
• Maintenance of project and order data in SAP as well as contractually compliant accounting and support in the processing of open receivables and for annual and project completion work
• Coordination and communication with internal stakeholders and specialist departments
• Support in connection with external economics, customs and aviation security and further development
• Support for digitalization and further development of commercial processes

Preconditions

• successfully completed studies of the business economy, economics, economic engineering, economic law or comparable; as an alternative, a completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk/man) with corresponding additional qualification
• First professional experience in the commercial supply and order processing as well as in contract management, e.g. as a working student / working student
• Very good knowledge in MS-Office (especially in Excel) as well as first experience in dealing with SAP or another ERP system
• Very good German - and English skills in word and writing
