We are a (Hidden) champion and you are also: As a sales talent, you will ensure that we are expanding our international market position and are still broader in the future, especially with regard to digital sales channels and processes. Whether on the phone, via digital channels or personally on site: a service-oriented customer support is at the centre of our work. You work organized, think in processes and make use of CRM systems sovereign. With your open communication style and your sense of digital sales potential, you actively contribute to the lead generation of the future. You will learn the sales craft step by step as part of a structured trainee program that is multi-stage. At the end, the goal is to drive and further expand digital sales at ARKU. You will receive a holistic integration with practical training in our technician – later you will support colleagues in the sales field worldwide through digital sales measures and processes. You continuously develop and take on more demanding tasks until you carry out the digital sales process independently and in full responsibility. Last but not least, our company supports you at trade fairs and congresses as well as in customer care.

You are welcome to study, e.g. in engineering, sales management, business management (BWL), marketing or a commercial or technical training with first sales experience High self-motivation and loadability Very good German and English, at best other language skills Fun in direct cooperation with international customers Affinity for processes and CRM systems such as Hubspot – ideally bring you first experiences from internships.
