Trading is responsible for structuring, pricing, hedging and risk management of all DZ BANK AG's capital market products. In close cooperation with the other areas of the Souâd Benkredda Dezernates Capital Market, we offer optimal solutions for the different needs of our customers: Be it for money, refinancing, optimization of regulatory key figures, working capital, or hedges against interest or currency risks. The focus of the trainee programme is on securitisation and credit structures. We offer, among other things, receivable refinancing, i.e. structured credit. In contrast to the classical trade of liquid capital products, the work in this department has a project-like character. In addition, the number of closures is not high-frequency. You work with us in the team in dialogue with our corporate customers, the relevant banking services and other transaction participants in tailor-made solutions for refinancing or working capital optimization. From the outset, you will be heavily employed in the securitisation business with corporate customers, with step by step in the daily business, and you will take on your own projects and tasks. For example, you support us in portfolio management, where the purchase of receivables is implemented in stock transactions or in the acquisition of new customers. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual throughput plan, you will be able to work in the various units of the department of securitisation and credit structures, as well as to trade in various units in the capital markets sector, thereby gaining a comprehensive insight into the capital market business. The location of your activity is Frankfurt am Main. For this purpose, you will get to know the main internal and external intersections, e.g. credit (risk control, ongoing monitoring, due dilligence), group treasury (liquidity), group risk control (internal rating procedures), transaction lawyers and data providers.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full time (degree 2.5 or better), preferably in the fields of economics. Mathematics or Computer Science. You already have first knowledge of capital market products and standard market valuation procedures. This allows you to quickly manage your daily business and actively cooperate. You have fun dealing with people and work in the team, which helps you quickly integrate yourself into our teams and integrate them into the different needs of our customers. You see challenges as a chance and are open to new solutions to help proactively improve processes and results. You show a high level of self-motivation and willingness to perform, which is essential for managing the various tasks and the dynamics in the capital market. You can express yourself in German and English (mind. C1) in a secure manner so that you can communicate with national and international customers precisely and present your results at the same time.

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 68,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
