Payroll Specialist / Payroll Accountant / Payroll Accounting Specialist * with very good knowledge of DATEV (m/f/d)

Payroll is more than the correct processing of numbers and deadlines: it creates confidence. You ensure that employees are reliably charged, processes function efficiently and that tax and social insurance issues are reliably resolved.

For an established consulting and engineering group, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) with very good DATEV knowledge that strengthens the team with expertise, accuracy and interest in modern HR processes. The position shall be taken as part of the permanent direct exchange.

Own implementation of the monthly pay bill including reporting and certification Dealing with issues related to tax and social insurance issues Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of social security and pay tax audits Creation of evaluations, reports and analyses in the payroll environment Cooperation with internal departments and external contact persons, authorities and social security institutions Participation in the development and optimization of payroll and HR processes Support for financial statements and recovery Examination and processing of travel cost accounting

Completed commercial training, happy with further training to the payroll holder Multiannual professional experience in payroll Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of MS Excel as well as very good experience with DATEV pay & salary or comparable accounting systems Interest in digital processes and modern HR applications German language skills in word and writing Structured, independent and careful operation with high quality standards Reliability and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive employee data Communication strength and team orientation in cooperation with internal and external contacts
