In the course of a retired succession, we are looking for an experienced executive in accounting, who wants to take responsibility and actively develop the area. In this key position, you shape structures and processes, ensure transparency and drive the digital development of accounting in particular.

Your tasks: General responsibility for accounting, including accounting, treasury and annual accounts (including future consolidated financial statements) Management and further development of the accounting team and processes in accounting Ensuring compliance with all legal and tax requirements in close cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and authorities Implementation and further development of accounting policies, internal controls and reporting structures in coordination with controlling Configuring the SAP S/4HANA conversion Active cooperation in company-wide projects Preparing the basis of decision-making for management through analysis and preparation of facts in the field of accounting

Technical requirements Completed academic or legal degree OR Funded training in the area of finance/accounting with many years of relevant experience At least 5 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position Knowledge of accounting, consolidated financial statements and taxes under Austrian law Very good ERP knowledge and IT affinity with high innovative strength Personal requirements High personnel management and motivation skills Hands-on mentality and solution orientedness Open and valuable communication style Sovereign handling of audits, tax advice and internal stakeholders Entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making Structured, analytical method with safe occurrence at management level High operational readiness Required requirements Accounting audit Practical experience in SAP Project management experience (e.g. S/4HANA change)
