Your post: You are responsible for the smooth installation and optimal configuration of our products with our customers.

For the integration and connection of our systems to existing infrastructures, you will ensure that everything works seamlessly.

When performing data migrations, you ensure that all information is transferred securely and efficiently.

You act as the first contact person to identify and analyze errors, and your analytical thinking helps solve problems quickly.

Technical support is provided by supporting our customers, analyzing their inquiries and correcting errors to provide them with the best possible experience.

That's what you bring: Successfully completed training in the field of computer science, medical informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience

Knowledge of the implementation and management of IT systems and network technology

Experience in the administration of common operating systems, such as Windows Server 2019 or newer

Knowledge of HL7, DICOM and JiveX to support medical workflows is desirable

Embossed analytical skills to optimize IT-supported processes in the medical environment
