After your incorporation and training phase at the Berlin site, you will advise the Group employees: in addition to our IT solutions at the Group locations and construction sites in the area of Germany. With the help of defined standards, you plan and advise the correct use of the necessary IT infrastructure for construction sites and corporate sites. A special focus is placed on the coordination and commissioning of external service providers:inside, which take over the execution of the on-site activities for us. In addition, you work with international teams from IT-Expert:inside IT-error situations, which you analyze and solve depending on the complexity alone or together. You are happy to always develop and implement the best and an individual IT solution for the respective context together with your customers.

Complete technical training Ideally you bring experience in customer support / IT support / 2nd level support or comparable activities with Communicative, competent and professional appearance are your strengths Ability to work successfully in the team An analytical way of thinking for detecting, analyzing and solving IT error situations Flowing German knowledge, other foreign languages of course of advantage
