Training in banking: You bring a completed training as a banker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with Professional experience: You can demonstrate multi-year experience in banking and customer consulting Sales experience: You bring experience in the distribution of banking products and services as well as the ability to develop and implement sales strategies Management competence: You have gained first experience in the professional management of a sales team. You are characterized by a motivating, team-oriented leadership style. First disciplinary leadership experience is desirable, but not necessary.
