Within our facility management of the West region, at the Cologne-Porz site, you will make an important contribution to DLR's scientific success in the newly formed Enabling Office by supporting the research strategies and objectives with new infrastructure projects. Your tasks technical advice and administrative support for institutions and bodies in the development, initialization and implementation of infrastructure projects Development and evaluation of options for the efficient creation of infrastructure requirements for the implementation of scientific and strategic projects independent control and implementation of the project idea and Initialization phase structured target and demand planning in close interdisciplinar cooperation (with the partner departments specialist department officers, technical facility management, safety and location management) and early integration of external specialist planners Development of resilient project concepts, feasibility studies and decision-making templates and active support for complex decision-making processes Continuous development and maintenance of a sound understanding of scientific topics, strategies and regional frameworks through close cooperation with institutes, location management and other actors

Higher Education (Master) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Supply Technology or other relevant disciplines multiannual relevant professional experience in project or infrastructure planning, for example in public service or scientific institutions safe handling of legal and administrative frameworks in the public sector (household law/supply, building, construction planning and construction regulations including special legal areas (UVP, nature conservation law, BImSchG), HOAI (including DIN 276), RBBau, ZBau, administrative procedures) Knowledge of the creation of ZBau measures, knowledge of DIN 50001 on energy management and relevant GEFMA standards well-founded knowledge in project management of complex infrastructure/construction or engineering projects (initiation, project idea, target and demand planning, feasibility studies, decision-making templates) Ability to independently manage projects, including coordination of interdisciplinary teams, and strong communication and consulting skills Remuneration takes place depending on the qualification and task transfer up to pay group 13 TVöD.
