Part-time/full-time software developer (m/f/d)

At the next time we are looking for backup for our IT team.

Your tasks*

As part of our agile development team, you develop a comprehensive, self-developed in-house application that reflects our entire business logic: from the end customer webshop to goods management, product data management (PIM) and customer service to purchasing and sales.

Concrete means:

• Backend development: You develop and optimierst PHP-based application logic, work with MariaDB/SQL databases and supply Solr and Redis with data for fast search results and low page loading times.
• Frontend development: You design modern responsive user interfaces with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS – both for our webshop and internal intranet applications.
• Full-Stack Responsibility: You accompany complex features from idea to implementation to productive release.
• Interface development: You implement and provide APIs and interfaces to third-party systems and external services.
• System optimization: You help continuously improve internal processes and identify and troubleshoot performance issues.

Your profile*

You bring it:

• Knowledge and practical experience in object-oriented programming
• Secure handling of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL
• Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks, at best Vue.js
• Embossed analytical thinking and structured approach to complex problems
• Individual initiative, communication strength and team capacity
• Good German knowledge of continuous communication with other departments (mind. C1)

That would be a plus:

• knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Silex
• Practical experience with search servers such as Solr or Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of how to use Redis or other key value stores
• Understanding e-commerce processes, ERP systems or PIM solutions
