Takeover of administrative tasks and appointment management Preparation of diagnostics and therapy as well as support in screening (anamnese, blood collection) Care and administration of patient files Telephone communication and interface function Support for medical documentation and holiday representation in the Secretariat

Completed training as a medical specialistr (MFA) or medical assistantin Very good computer and writing skills, ideal experience with ORBIS Organisational strength, commitment and independent working Friendly, service-oriented appearance in dealing with patients Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
