Development and further development of promotional and markdown strategies for targeted management of sales, margins and sales Creation of promotion guidelines as well as optimization of campaign mechanics, reduction logics and seasonal sales processes Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional measures, including measurement of uplift and ROI effects deriving concrete recommendations for action based on relevant KPIs such as Sell-Through Rate, Margin Development, Sales Rate and Warehouse Destruction Use of data-based analyses and AI and forecast models to identify revenue and margin potentials

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, mathematics, statistics, finance, business informatics or comparable analytical qualifications Relevant professional experience in promotion, pricing or markdown management, commercial analytics or merchandise planning – ideally in the retail, fashion or e-commerce environment Funded understanding of promotional and markdown mechanisms, price reductions, sales control as well as relevant KPIs such as sales, margin, promotional ROI and Sell-Through Rate expressed analytical skills as well as very good Excel knowledge and experience with BI/visualization tools; Knowledge in SQL, forecast or AI-based analyses are advantageous Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, combined with communication strength as well as reliable German and English skills
