SPIE Data Center: In innovative and forward-looking data center projects, the project manager is a key contributor to the successful implementation of complex major projects. The focus is on commercial and contractual control as well as close cooperation with technical project teams and central interfaces. Project Manager Contract and Claim Management Datacenter m/w/d

Consultation and clarification of all commercial and contractual matters together with the technical project managers Support in the planning and supply phase, including costing, risk assessment, audit and contract negotiations Legal support for project execution, in particular in the case of concerns, disability advertisements, follow-ups and demand negotiations; safe handling of the VOB / the BGB Identification, assessment and enforcement of legitimate claims and development of claims and claims strategies Interface between management, project teams and specialist departments to manage projects and decision-making processes Processing, analysis and maintenance of commercial and contractual project data as well as further development of methods, standards and instruments in contract and project management

Complete technical or economic studies (e.g. civil engineering, economic engineering, business management, economic law) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a project businessman with sound knowledge in contract and claim management according to the VOB or the BGB Safe appearance and knowledge of German and English Experience in interface activities to internal specialist departments and customers Pointy readiness to travel to the construction sites, primarily in the Rhine-Main area
