Higher Education Engineering (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) Building technology or a comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technician or handicraft master SHK/HLS) At least 2 years of professional experience in the independent project management for TGA construction projects in housing construction Experience gained in the planning of supply systems (including the dimensioning of heat generation systems, heating load calculations, implementation of hydraulic balancing, pipe mesh calculations, design hydr. Components) Extensive knowledge of plant engineering for the determination of stock integration and for coordination requirements with executive bodies Good knowledge of energy recovery conditions in existing construction as well as outlines (e.g. façade insulation, window values, etc. and surveying necessary.
