Construction Management Industrial Pipeline Construction - International (m/f/d)

Own responsibility for the mechanical assembly of process equipment at international construction sites – in particular in the field of food, beverage and milk processing and new food Management and operational planning of technicians, external specialists and service providers on site Ensuring quality, work security and time and budget loyalty throughout the entire construction phase Continuous progress control at the construction site: assessment of the construction condition, compliance with construction and assembly plans Coordination with project management, customers, engineering and other structures to ensure smooth running Material and resource management at the construction site – including demand reports and control of stocks Support for commissioning, functional testing and technical troubleshooting Responsibility for HSE topics (Health, Safety, Environment): Control of PSA, risk detection, implementation of protective measures Maintenance of assembly documentation, monitoring of hourly requirements and analysis and justification of any deviations

Completed technical training in the metal processing area, e.g. as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, piping builder – in principle, adjacent technical professions with mechanical background are also welcome Multiannual experience in mechanical industrial assembly, ideally in international plant construction Understanding process engineering systems, pipeline construction and the assembly of complex process components Knowledge in welding technology (in particular WIG) and in the assessment of welds are advantageous Experience in the coordination and management of assembly teams as well as in the handling of service providers and external personnel Safe handling of technical drawings, isometries and assembly plans Own-responsible, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, coupled with organizational talent and high loadability High international travel readiness as well as flexibility in handling changing project start and deployment times Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with digital construction sites tools of advantage Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing to communicate safely with both international customers and internal project partners Ideally, first experience in HSE coordination and in dealing with work and safety-relevant regulations on construction sites
