Teamleiter (m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You are responsible for the technical management and strategic development of the team's identification, planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects Installation, configuration and optimization of the database and application infrastructure. The coordination of faults occurring in database and application operations is your responsibility. You also take over the administrative support and optimization of the database and application systems. You install new software solutions, versions and updates and support the integration of new products into the IT system landscape. You support the team in projects to further develop existing or introduce new systems as well as tax, coordinate and process 2nd-level support requests for IT systems and provide expert and technical advice to users in the company network. The creation and maintenance of technical documentation for system operation completes your task area.

Complete studies in IT or training in this field with corresponding multiannual professional experience Multiannual experience in the technical operation of IT systems Found professional experience in 2nd level support and control of 3rd level support Advanced expertise in Oracle and MS-SQL-Server databases, geographical information systems (ArcGIS, Bentley, hexagon) as well as remote reading and energy data management systems High level of problem-solving competence, sense of responsibility, customer orientation and commitment as well as analytical and conceptual thinking as well as very good team and communication skills Ready for flexible working hours to ensure high-availability 24x7 production Very good knowledge of German and English (comparable level B2 CEFR)
