Commercial Project Manager - Architecture (m/f/d)

Commercial support of our projects – from the offer to the delivery to the settlement Creation, negotiation and management of contracts with contracting entities and specialist planners/subcontractors Follow-up of project stands, fees and bills and ensure transparency Implementation of calculations and maintenance of relevant project and contract data Support of project managers in all commercial and contractual topics settlement of accounting including auditing of accounts, payment transactions and participation in liquidity planning Insurance and lease, lease and other administrative contracts

Commercial training or studies (e.g. business management, real estate, construction) Professional experience in a project-oriented environment – ideally architecture, construction or engineering Safe handling of numbers, contracts and structured processes Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge desirable
