Deputy Property Manager / Service Management Technical Facility Management (m/f/d)

You independently control the technical building management and ensure the performance of the contract. You coordinate and guide the object team professionally in close coordination with the object management and support the organization of the ongoing building operation. You monitor the quality of the services provided in the maintenance of technical equipment and compliance with budgets, dates and contractual agreements. You coordinate external service providers and contribute to the planning, procurement, control and acceptance of services and structural measures. You maintain the project documentation and the CAFM system and participate in reporting and contractual reporting. You support the object management in the perception of operator responsibility, accompany warranty and defect processes and ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements.

You have completed technical or craft training, ideally with a further training as master or technician. You bring several years of professional experience in technical building management or in domestic engineering and want to take the next step towards coordination and responsibility. You bring good technical and commercial understanding as well as ideally first knowledge in contract management. The safe handling of MS Office and ideally CAFM systems is of course for you. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and convince by customer orientation, team capacity and sense of responsibility.
