Finance Interface. You support the local financial accounting of our locations in advance in the UAE and in KSA and thus contribute significantly to smooth operations on site. In addition, you deliver important monthly, quarterly and annual work and actively contribute to country-specific reporting, reporting and documentation obligations. At the same time, you ensure that all local compliance requirements are complied with. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders. Accounts Payable. In your role, you book invoices daily in SAP and take care of the booking of our bank accounts. In addition, check and book manual travel costs as well as credit card bills and run the checkout. The coordination of bonds and bails – especially for UAE – is one of your tasks. In addition, you support sales tax and source tax reports and work closely with our tax advisors in KSA and UAE. Accounts Receivable. Your tasks also include the creation of e-audits that you implement in close coordination with the controlling and our external service providers. In addition to this, you perform regular tunings of the debitor accounts and work closely with the controlling to ensure always correct receivable levels.
