Our team HR-Consulting is responsible for the topics of strategic consulting of the executives at the Bremen plant, personnel and organizational development. Together with the business, we are driving forward themes of the future and the transformation at the Bremen plant. We consist of 6 highly motivated employees at the Bremen site who are looking forward to your support. These challenges include: You support our HR Consulting team in the planning, organisation and implementation of a learning and development programme for managers at the Bremen site. This includes in particular: Programme and project organisation; Coordination with service providers and trainers

Maintenance of participant lists, program information and training documents

Support in evaluating feedback and learnings

You bring your previous OE expertise to us with your external view

You accompany the HR consultants in day-to-day business and create the interface to business and internal stakeholders

The activity can begin from February 2026 and should take 6 months.

You are well suited to us if you want to take responsibility in a dynamic HR environment and actively shape a leadership development program. Further qualifications are: Course in Psychology, Business Psychology, Economics or a comparable degree programme

You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing

You have good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

You bring first professional experience, like from the HR environment at an international company

Your personal strengths include a quick understanding, an independent and structured way of working, and high reliability
