IT Project Manager – SAP S/4HANATransformation (m/f/d)

Our Information Technology division, with its more than 240 colleagues, operates one of the most modern clinical IT environments in Europe. We ensure that the necessary data and functions are available wherever You are needed for the safe supply of our patients. You can actively contribute to the consistent development and development of IT in the UKE: in the Administrative Systems – ERP department. We have the central services and subsidiaries as internal customers: in view and with the professionally responsible solutions based on SAP and the related systems in the fields of finance, logistics, maintenance, reporting and human resources. The UKE is facing a comprehensive SAP transformation in all administrative areas through the planned S/4HANA introduction. The aim is to map Lean Management oriented digital business processes with a strong focus on business process analysis and optimization. As a complement to the project team, we are looking for experienced, motivated and committed IT project managers:in for joint management with the professional project managers:inside for one of the E2E process projects (Hire to Retire, Acquire to Decomission, Source to Pay, Warehouse Management, Lead to Cash, Record to Analysis, IS-H Integration). The traditional modules SAP HCM, SAP WM, SAP PM, SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP PS, SAP SD, as well as our existing SAP BW / SAP BO modules are transformed into a modern S/4 landscape. In addition, the Industry Solution IS-H is replaced. You want to support us as an experienced SAP project manager in one of these projects and want to make the future of the administrative processes significant? Your tasks will include: IT Management of an E2E project in the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programme in tandem with the technical project management taking into account the transformation strategy and objectives You work very closely with the respective IT teams, both professionally and organizationally, which are responsible for the operation and further development of the existing SAP modules as application support. You will see the interface to the IT teams for all technical project shirts (customizing, used add-ons, etc.) Planning, control and monitoring of the project with agile/classical project management methods is your responsibility You run the hybrid project teams and tax external service providers Ensuring the timely delivery of the results and goals as well as compliance with the budget plan (project controlling for the project) is part of your task Conception of the new IT architecture together with the UKE cross-sectional functions, in particular with reference to new technologies such as the SAP BTP and other SAP cloud services Together with the technical project management, you will perform these tasks: risk management at project level Reporting to the team of the overall project management synchronization with the other projects, as well as internal and external contacts Coordination of support needs through cross-sectional functions from the clusters Process, IT and Methodology Controlling the expectation management of the different stakeholders in all project phases, even if it becomes turbulent Motivation and advice of the project team, also in dynamic project times

Completed scientific university studies in relevant IT disciplines or a comparable field of study or equivalent skills and experience, such as a university degree in relevant IT disciplines or a comparable field of study with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience Experience in managing large and complex SAP projects in one of the areas SAP HCM, SAP FI / CO, SAP PS, SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP SD or SAP ISH, ideally in the context of an SAP S/4HANA transformation Basic understanding of IT architectures and IT system integration, e.g. through experience with interface technologies, as well as IT security and data protection requirements Comprehensive experience and extensive knowledge in the methods and instruments of IT project management, at best both agile and classic Experience in managing project teams and controlling external service providers Ideally knowledge of the processes and structures of Uni-Klinik-Administrations At best, you also have experiences with SAP processes that are modelled across system boundaries, such as SAP Fiori or SAP BTP Very good German knowledge on at least C1 level of the European reference framework High degree of independent, structured, result-, process- and customer-oriented operation Openness, safe occurrence, enforcing ability, perseverance, team capacity, professional communication at all levels, strong ability to analyze complex technical and organizational relationships, organisational skills, self-sufficiency and sense of responsibility The grouping takes place according to the personal qualification of:the candidate:in.

Fair and transparent remuneration according to our contract TVöD/VKA (€63,600 - € 91,100) taking into account qualifications and professional experience.
