Object support: Central point of contact for schools and housekeepers with complex administrative berths. Responsible fault and maintenance management incl. Coordination of maintenance measures.

Cleaning services: Planning, preparation and implementation of complex tenders with strict compliance with procurement law. Continuous control, monitoring and quality assurance of the agreed cleaning services.

Completed studies (e.g. facility management, building or utility technology) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience Funded knowledge of procurement law Multiannual professional experience in building management Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with CAFM or energy management software of advantage Knowledge of relevant legal and technical regulations (e.g. GEG) High self-initiative, organizational talent, sense of responsibility and communication and team skills Driving licence Class B and readiness to regularly travel in the county
