Independent processing of ongoing financial accounting for the Duisburg site and comprehensive accounting support of foreign subsidiaries Compilation of monthly and annual accounts for German and foreign companies by HGB or taking into account local requirements and relevant tax and statistical reporting requirements Creation, plausibility and preparation of monthly financial and accounting reports Compilation and coordination of relevant financial and accounting information for auditors, internal contact persons and related companies in the international environment Management and technical coordination of a two-member team in financial accounting Active participation of process improvements, standardizations and automation within financial accounting

Closed commercial training with a focus on accounting, e.g. as a tax specialist, industrial clerk or comparable qualification Continuing training for the balance sheet holder or a comparable additional qualification ideally available Multiannual well-founded professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with active involvement in monthly and annual accounting processes Experience in the middle class is advantageous and supports a practical understanding of operational processes, cost structures and accounting relationships Secure understanding of accounting according to HGB and routined handling of central accounting and voting processes Good English knowledge of word and writing
