What tasks do you expect?

In your role as Sales Manager Existing Business (m/w/d), you are the face of our company for our existing customers. Your goal: Maximum customer satisfaction through excellent account management. Strategic customer development: You actively support and develop our customers in the area of payroll solutions and partner products. Holistic advice: From initial analysis to presentations to workshops – you accompany the customer intensively and consulting-oriented. Pipeline Management: You plan and implement targeted sales activities to fully exploit the potential of your customers. Contract design: You calculate offers, create contracts and conduct price negotiations with fingertips and final strength. Forecast & CRM: You're consulting your portfolio in CRM and delivering reliable forecasts as a basis for our joint planning. Interface-Held: You work closely with the internal specialist departments to ensure that the customer promise is kept operational.
