For our Manufactum Bread & Butter branch in Cologne we are looking for

** Baker (d/m/w)**

**Start:** from now on (or upon availability) Employment: Full time (40 hours/week)

Your task:

• craftsmanship of fine baked goods, high-quality breads, permanent bakery goods and masses (production or sole production after incorporation)
• weighing, packaging and picking of raw materials and pastries
• Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
• simple cleaning work

You bring it:

• Relevant professional experience in dough production and kiln work, ideally with completed vocational training as bakers (d/m/w) or comparable
• Secure knowledge of quality and hygiene guidelines
• Good knowledge of German for smooth communication in the team
• Spencer passion for high-quality food and handcrafted baking
