IAM Engineer (m/f/d)

Consulting & Conception: You analyze existing IAM structures and develop holistic solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (former Azure AD). Implementation & Customizing: You implement IAM solutions technically – from architecture to implementation to customization. Integration & Interfaces: You integrate IAM into existing IT landscapes and applications (e.g. M365, SAP, Cloud systems). Automation & Infrastructure as Code: You automate and manage IAM processes with Azure, Power Automate, PowerShell and Terraform. Enablement: You’ll start training, support user questions and establish best practices. Servicing: You accept user requests, judge them and process them as the first input channel.

You have a degree or IT training. You bring several years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management or in support of Microsoft products (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange). You know about technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Azure/Power Automate, Entra ID, PowerShell and SAML/OIDC. You have experience in implementing and configuring IAM solutions. You work independently and are well organized. You are communicative, analytical and orientate to the needs of the users. You are flexible and willing to work on new topics. You can master German and English in a safe manner. You are ready to travel within Germany.
