Professional and disciplinary leadership of ERP Technology Operations Team including employee development and resource planning Responsibility for the stable, secure and economical operation of the global ERP system landscapes and ERP-close technologies Ensuring agreed service levels and controlling incidents, problems and changes Control and development of external service providers and ensuring efficient cooperation with internal and external partners Construction, development and standardization of operating processes, services and operating models Establishment and monitoring of relevant KPIs, performance of service reviews and management reporting Ensuring compliance with governance, compliance and audit requirements in ERP operation Cooperation with international teams and projects, in particular to support global ERP rollouts and to transfer new solutions to the regular operation

completed studies of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications; alternative multi-year relevant professional experience in the ERP environment Multiannual experience in the operation of complex ERP landscapes, ideally in the environment of SAP and other ERP systems Experience in the leadership of teams and in the further development of employees and organisational structures Funded knowledge in IT service management, in particular in the fields of incident, problem and change management Impressed leadership and communication skills with the ability to target teams and integrate stakeholders at different levels High service, customer and result orientation as well as a pronounced sense of quality and responsibility Analytical and structured working methods combined with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong solution orientation Experience in international work environments and the ability to successfully coordinate cross-site and virtual teams
