This makes this job interesting to me: As an IT Incident & Problem Manager*in for animal-two operations, I significantly shape the construction of a new second-level operation at 50Hertz. In this role, I am part of a growing team of approximately 20 employees and take a key role in the conception, initial construction and transfer to the stable operational operation. Together with my colleagues, I thus secure and actively support the energy transition. My tasks: Conceptual development of the Animal Two Operation Team (Second Level) for applications and IT infrastructure, definition, introduction and documentation ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change and service request), cooperation in the development of a new operating model (rolling, responsibilities and interfaces), conversion of the structured structures into the stable operational operation (Transition & Run), Analysis of complex incidents and problems incl. Root-Cause analyses and sustainable action derivation, Close cooperation with Animal One Operations, Application Management, Infrastructure, IT Security and external service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operating codes, the establishment and maintenance of knowledge documentation and support in the incorporation of new team members; Participation in 24/7 layer and escalation models for IT operation.

completed studies of computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications, Multiannual experience in IT operation, incident and problem management or operation environment, experience in building or further developing business and support organisations, Very good knowledge of ITIL-based service management, Safe handling of complex application and infrastructure landscapes, structured analytical methods and high communication and coordination capability, Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1).
