BIM Consultant (m/w/d)

in Chemnitz, Leipzig or Erfurt You are central contact for the topic BIM in a defined business area

You monitor and control all BIM activities in your area, including sales, calculation, planning, construction and acceptance

You implement the BIM method in close coordination with the central BIM team

You accompany and support the project participants in the implementation of pilot projects, in particular in the initiation phase

You actively support the standardization of existing processes and the implementation of new processes

You advise and support management in defining BIM target planning and reporting

You work interdisciplinary and agile with adjacent areas such as BIM, Lean Construction, Sustainability, Work Safety and Process and Project Management

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering or in an equivalent degree course; Alternatively you have a comparable technical training

Ideally, you already have first professional experience in the handling of BIM projects and in the handling of appropriate software

Alternatively, you will be interested in an internal entry program on the subject of BIM, in which company-specific expertise and software skills are taught across the range

You are passionate about BIM and have the passion to actively shape the construction processes of the future
