IT Product Manager at the Düsseldorf location (m/f/d)

For our IT Service Product Management department we are looking for you as IT-Product Manager (m/d) in Düsseldorf The IT products department sees itself as an interface between the IT department and the specialist departments of KV Nordrhein in the area of billing. The focus of the activity is the requirement management – i.e. the collection, design, optimization, prioritization and documentation of requirements for software-based support of business processes. The resulting projects, as well as analysis and implementation projects, are managed by the product management, which ensures the achievement of goals in terms of content, dates and budget. In addition, the department, together with the IT application company, plans to commission the products and organizes specialist tests and decreases. Responsible for the implementation and documentation of technical requirements analysis including quality assurance and product related projects and releases Plan and manage projects and taxes of all relevant resources, including the creation and follow-up of time and release plans and budget responsibility Coordinating, monitoring and controlling the implementation of requirements within the framework of releases and projects (e.g. user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, project communication) Taxes on application operation and internal and external software development in project and control operations Responsibility of the entire life cycle of the supervised products and related services Maintain and advise the departments in product-related questions and develop solutions Creating tender documents for product developments in cooperation with purchasing Ensure knowledge transfer within the product-related teams and users Create and maintain product documentation

Successfully completed studies, ideally with IT orientation, or comparable training in the IT environment or alternatively a relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility Practical experience in project product management or sound knowledge of modern project/product management methods with appropriate practice in the IT environment Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment, as well as common processes and standards, e.g. ITIL Foundation, and agile development methods A recognised certificate in project management methods, e.g. IPMA D or higher, PMI, Prince2 Ideally experience with accounting methods and process modeling in the area of accounting Impressed communicative skills, enforcing ability, self-initiative and self-employment as well as a structured, methodical and targeted way of working Impressed service orientation and solution competence Sovereign appearance and secure presentation skills Very good German knowledge of Word and Writing (Level C1)
