(Senior) Project Manager / Senior Site Manager Bridge Demolition (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen the dedicated and experienced team in Lower Saxony, the established middle commuter is looking for a (senior) project manager / superstructure manager (m/w/d) in the bridge termination at the next possible time. You independently develop the demanding and diverse bridge termination projects of a wide variety of sizes. You control the projects overriding and parallel, from the supply phase to the final calculation, including post-calculation and follow-up management. You negotiate and award after-contracting services, coordinate the construction managers and all the others involved in the project and ensure a smooth project run. You are contact persons for clients and engineers, continuously expand customer relationships and thus positively affect order intake.

You are engineer, technician or master and come from the (bridge) abort, the new building or the renovation of bridges or an adjacent structure. You bring experience as project manager and/or project manager and are familiar with the tasks and procedures of project management. You have expertise in the coordination and guidance of employees and as a central contact person in parallel-controlling projects. You are a responsible, structured and very well-organized person, who thinks flexible and in solutions that you can rely on. You have both technical and commercial understanding and trust to assume the overall responsibility for the successful project process and completion. You can handle high freedoms of design and decision-making, want to bring things forward independently and are ready to travel nationwide to a clear extent.
